Disciples Women of Weirton First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) hosted guest speaker Jennifer Allen, president of the West Virginia Region Disciples Women Fellowship, at its March meeting.
Allen encouraged members to “stop, look, listen and follow God’s advice” rather than their own, especially in frustrating situations. “Always keep God with you,” she said, citing Psalm 143:8: “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love … for to you I entrust my life.”
