WALLACE THEODORE “TED” STRICKLER, 73, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at home with his brother by his side. Ted was born on September 4, 1949, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Mary June (Roberts) Strickler.
