DOLORES E. BENGIER, 92, of Weirton, WV, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and caregiver to many passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. Dolores was born on Mother’s Day 93 years ago in Youngstown, OH., one of two children to John and Elizabeth (Gaytko) Kansa.
