ELEANOR M. PRITCHARD, 90, of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Golden Oaks, Follansbee, WV. She was born April 29, 1933, in Longhurst, NC, the daughter of the late Walter and Pansy Stephens Wilborn.
