ROGER LEE SHRINER, 76, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Friday, May 19, 2023, at his home with his loving daughter by his side. Roger was born on May 12, 1947, in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late William and Viola (Dickerson) Shriner.
