Comcast will begin construction next month to expand internet access to 2,100 homes and businesses across West Virginia.
The $10 million project will include residents in Brooke, Cabell, Hancock, Morgan, Ohio, and Putnam counties.
The announcement of the start of construction came after Gov. Jim Justice announced Tuesday that he officially signed West Virginia’s Line Extension Advancement and Development (LEAD) program grants.
