LIANA RAE DOBBS, 88, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born on October 13, 1934, in Weirton, WV, a daughter of the late Lester Lionel and Mildred Kathleen (Byers) Ankrom.
