Fall Turkey Season Harvest

Eleven turkeys were reported as harvested in Brooke County during West Virginia’s 2022 fall turkey season.
District 1, which includes Brooke County showed a harvest that more than doubled from 72 birds in 2021 to 150 in 2022.
Statewide the harvest increased by almost 46 percent over last year’s harvest, according to preliminary results released by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources.
