PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that on October 17, 2023, the Brooke County Commission will consider the entry of an Order regarding changes in the Delegate Districts I & II, Magisterial District-Weirton, precincts, and polling place locations for Brooke County. These changes are being made due to the City of Weirton requesting that their regularly scheduled municipal elections to be concurrent with the statewide elections. This will be a permanent change effective with the May 14, 2023 Primary Election. Any interested party may appear before the Brooke County Commission during regularly scheduled meetings every Tuesday of each Month at 10:30 a.m., located in the Brooke County Commission Room.
