CHARLES LEE “CHUCK” ENNIS, 71, of Wellsburg, WV passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at Wellsburg Health Care Center under the care of the staff with assistance of hospice. Chuck was born February 15, 1952 in Follansbee, WV. He was the son of the late Daniel Ennis and Freda Mae (Lemasters) Ennis. Chuck worked as a tree trimmer.
