CALMON DAVID “BUTCH” ORBAN, 79, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital. Born on February 28, 1944, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Lawrence C. and Ethel P. (Jandura) Orban.
