ROBERT SCOTT STOTLER, 41, of Wellsburg, WV passed away September 28, 2023, in Wellsburg. He was born January 7, 1982, in Winchester, VA to Sheila Stotler. He was a local contractor and owner of S&J Construction. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Kristen Bennett Stotler, his son Kendrick Fish and his daughter Marley Stotler both at home, and a brother Erik Stotler of Harrisonburg, VA.
