RICHARD EDWARD PIZZOFERRATO, 78, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 2, 2023 at his residence under the care of Valley Hospice. Richard was born on October 26, 1944 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Joseph Thornton Pizzoferrato and Alice (Fish) Pizzoferrato. Richard was a graduate of Steubenville High School.
