JOYCE ANN ARACICH, 78, of Wellsburg, WV passed away October 3, 2023, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV under the care of Valley Hospice. She was born November 23, 1944, to the late Frank and Eva Bell Shaffer Aracich.
