City of Follansbee – Acceptance of Applications for FT Accounts Payable Clerk/Admin Assistant

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Follansbee is accepting applications for a full-time accounts payable clerk, administrative assistant duties and customer service representative.
Requirements: High school diploma, previous office experience with computers, payroll preparation, Microsoft 365 to include spreadsheet preparation, answering phone call, customer service, filing and administrative duties, and knowledge of retirement and insurance policy requirements.
This is a paid position of $16.50 an hour, which includes 100% paid health insurance with Gap coverage, eye and dental plus West Virginia state retirement.
Applications can be picked up and dropped off at the City Building. Resumes can be dropped off in the city office or mailed to 872 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037.
Applications must be received no later than 3 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2023.
