Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of November, 2023, at 11:45 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Hopemarie McFadden will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Amber Shay Balcezak to Amber Shay McFadden, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
