WILLIAM MULL, 81, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully at home on October 15, 2023. Bill was born in Weirton in 1942 to Mary Heffner Mull and Everett Mull, the oldest of two children. Upon graduation from Weir High School in 1960, he joined the US Air Force.
