LEORA P. BAILEY, 83, of Weirton, WV, passed Monday, October 16, 2023 at Stonerise Healthcare Center in Wellsburg. She was born June 17, 1940 in Pine Grove, WV, daughter of the late James and Hilda Utt Kiger. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Kenneth Lee Bailey, Sr. (2014); 2 brothers, 2 sisters and grandchild, Braelynn Bailey.
