LESLIE THOMAS “TOM” DIGHT, 73, of Follansbee, WV passwed away on October 18, 2023, at Brightwood, Follansbee. He was born January 23 1950 and was retired from Crescent Glass, Mountaineer Bolt, and Harmony Industries. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Janet Carol Givens Dight, whom he married on July 4, 1992; two sons, Aaron, at home and David and wife Janet of Wellsburg,WV; a daughter, Marsha Bassett and husband John, of Wellsburg; a step-son, Derek Givens and wife Della of Wellsburg; four grandchildren: John Jr. and Tyler Bassett and Cody and Destiny Dight; a great-granddaughter, Aria Bassett; a brother, Wayne and his wife Shirley of St. Clairsville, OH; three sisters: Doris Bertovich of Wellsburg, Linda Thomas and her husband Bob of Beech Bottom, WV and Cindy Donovall and her husband Dave of Weirton, WV; sister-in-law Betty Coffman and her husband Bob of Wintersville, OH; sister-in-law Karen Whetsell and her husband Mike of Wellsburg; sister-in-law Jane Wallace and her husband Pete of Steubenville, OH; brother-in-law Tom Givens and his wife Lynn of Follansbee, WV; brother-in-law David Givens and his wife Karen of Wintersville, OH; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved chihuahua, Tiny. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Bernice Dight, a brother, Barry and a sister Beverly Winters; brother-in-law Maynard Winters; mother-in-law, Irene Givens; father-in-law, John Givens; and sister-in-law Joyce Givens Brown.
