ARTHUR LEE APITZSCH, 80, of Wellsburg, WV passed Friday, October 20, 2023 at Brightwood Center. He was born May 19, 1943 in Weirton, son of the late Arthur Walter and Eva L. Summers Apitzsch. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Renee D. Lloyd Apitzsch (2021); and sister, Carol Jean Apitzsch Mick. Lee attended Edgewood High School.
