The City of Wellsburg combined Water and Sanitart Board is accepting bids for cutting, tilling, and spreading manure on their sludge farm. This will be a one-year contract. Please contact the office at 304-737-2143 for more information, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Please mail or drop off sealed bids to 70 Town Square, Wellsburg, WV 26070 no later than Friday, December 1, 2023.
