PAUL HERMAN SUMMERS, 77, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the Veteran’s H.J. Heinz Community Living Center in Pittsburgh, PA after a courageous fight with Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome.
