GLEN HAROLD CLIFTON, 69, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. Glen was born on November 20, 1953, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Clarence and Louise (Wood) Clifton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Marty, and Terry Clifton. Glen graduated from Brooke High School Class of 1972. He worked at Weirton Steel for 30+ years as a Crane Operator and was methodist by faith. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley. Glen is survived by three children: Glen “Matt” Clifton of Colliers, WV, Shane Clifton of Follansbee, WV, and Victoria “Tori” Clifton of Middleton, OH; one sister, Sylvia Benzo of Follansbee; Dennis (Kim) Clifton of NH; three grandchildren: Bella, Skii, and Dakota; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. There was no visitation. All services and inurnment were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
