MARSHALL RAY LYONS, 70, of Weirton, WV passed away at the Weirton Medical Center after a brief illness on Monday, November 13, 2023. Ray was born in Steubenville on March 7, 1953, a son to Alex and Hilda Freeman Lyons. He served his country proudly in the United States Army and retired from Krogers in Weirton as a produce clerk.
