ANDREA FRANCIS BROWN, 81, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully at home with dignity and grace on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 8, 1942, Andrea was one of two children born to Andrew and Genevieve Kula Halapy.
