STEPHEN A. STACY, 65, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Chesapeake, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born July 10, 1958 in Chillicothe, OH. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, William J. Stacy and Yvonne D. Morrison Stacy. Stephen was a retiree from the City of Chesapeake.
