DONNA (DIPAOLO) HENLINE, 64, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center, after a short and courageous battle against cancer. Donna was born on November 22, 1959. She was the daughter of the late Pietro Anthony DiPaolo and Mary Lou (Engstrom) DiPaolo.
