MAXINE P. KISNER, 96, passed away Wednesday November 29, 2023 at The Palmettos Memory Care of Garden City. Maxine was born in Adrian, Upshur County, WV, on November 8, 1927, the first child of the late Paul Lee and Resta Bulah Cheuvront.
