Charles Allen Sands

CHARLES ALLEN SANDS, 60, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at his residence. Charles was born on March 15, 1963 in Follansbee, WV. He was the son of the late James Harry Sands and Dorothy Lee (Swiger) Sands. Charles worked at the former Anchor Room, Follansbee, WV and later a Security Guard for Follansbee Steel.
