DANIEL “DANNY” R. SMITH, 87, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the Wellsburg Healthcare Center under the care of the staff with the assistance of Amedisys Hospice. Danny was born on November 5, 1936 in Wellsburg, WV. He was the son of the late Daniel G. and Anna (Bibbo) Smith.
