TIMOTHY LEE NOEL, SR., 81, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. Tim was born on May 2, 1942 in Wellsburg, WV, son of the late Raymond Noel and Juanita (Wolfe) Noel.
