JAMIE DAVID “SKUNK” ELTRINGHAM, 54, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. Jamie was born on November 1, 1969, in Weirton, WV a son of the late James David and Helen Lucy (Southers) Eltringham.
