DENZIL HARVEY LEONARD CONLEY, 79, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at his home. He was born on January 20, 1944, in Wellsburg, WV, a son of the late Denzil Orval Conley, Sr. and Wanda (Lancaster) Conley.
