RUTH MARIE BROSTMAN, 94, of Weirton, WV, passed Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Brightwood Center. She was born December 22, 1929, in Floral Park, NY, daughter to the late John Leon Gardner and Ruth Allaire Gardner.
