LULABELLE TATE, 94, of Weirton, WV passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at home. She was born February 20, 1929, in Brown, WV to the late Charley and Ivy (Hayhurst) Hammond. In addition to her parents, LulaBella was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Keifer Yeater (1988) and Elza Tate (2001); daughter Shiela Raye Yeater; stepdaughter, Nelda Lowther; stepson, Duane Tate; and seven brothers and sisters.
