DONNA KAYE LICATA, 74, of Weirton, WV passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital in Weirton. She was born on December 28, 1949, a daughter to D. K. (Red) Sr. and Evelyn Rentsch Bever. Donna graduated from Weir High School in 1967 and obtained her degree in liberal arts from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
