DOROTHY “DOT” LOUISE BEVER, 82, of Weirton, WV, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and partner passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family on January 29, 2024. Born on December 31, 1941 in Steubenville, OH, Dorothy was the daughter of Thomas and Sophia Dobies Runkel.
