CAROL ANN LEMASTERS, 79, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Trinity West in Steubenville, OH. She was born on October 16, 1944, in Follansbee, WV, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Virginia (Colley) Lemasters.
