PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 2nd day of April, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., a dispositional hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources may seek to TERMINATE the parental rights of JODIE PRATT and ROBERT SPERA.
It is ORDERED that JODIE PRATT and ROBERT SPERA appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JODIE PRATT and ROBERT SPERA.
