CANDACE ANN MCCANN, 72, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on March 2, 1951, in Elkins, WV, a daughter of the late Guy and Odessa (Mouse) Mace. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by infant twin siblings.
