NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF R. CASTELLI, INC.

Pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 31D-14-1407, notice is given that R. Castelli, Inc., a West Virginia Corporation, has been dissolved and issued its Certificate of Dissolution dated January 10, 2024, by the West Virginia Secretary of State. All creditors of and claimants against R. Castelli, Inc. are required to immediately present such claim pursuant to this notice. All claims must be made in writing and shall contain the following information: (a) the name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address of the party filing such claim; (b) the amount of such claim; (c) the date that the claim first arose; (d) the event or events that underlie or gave rise to the claim; and (e) copies of documents supporting the claim. Any claim shall be mailed to the following address: 4224 Freedom Way Weirton, WV 26062. Subject to West Virginia Code Section 31D-14-1407, a claim against R. Castelli, Inc., will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this Notice of Dissolution.
