ROBERT T. KOON, SR., 79, of Weirton, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. He was born in Wallace WV. on October 18, 1944, to Harley and Paulene Smith Koon, Sr. Robert retired from the blast furnace from the former Weirton Steel and was a member of the 25-Year Club.
