SHIRLD WAYNE POSTLETHWAITE, JR., 61, of Wellsburg, WV died on Wednesday April 3, 2024, at his home. He was born on November 13, 1962, in Wheeling WV, the son of Shirld Wayne Postlethwaite, Sr. and Carolyn Ann Mitchell.
