SHIRLEY REITTER, 81, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on July 15, 1942, in Wellsburg, WV, a daughter of the late Walter Blair and Josa (Goddard) Larkey.
