ROBERT ERNEST (BOB) SMITH, of Trinity, FL, and Parkersburg, WV, passed away April 6, 2024 at Marietta (OH) Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 21, 1944 in Alliance, Ohio, to the late Louis and Areline (Kabisch) Smith. He graduated from Follansbee High School with the Class of 1962.
