KATHLEEN A. LOKMER, 77, of Weirton, WV, passed Saturday April 27, 2024 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born November 27, 1946 in Braddock, PA, daughter of the late Edward and Carmella DiBasilio Ondrey. Kathleen was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. She worked for 25 years as a nurse at Weirton Medical Center. Kathleen enjoyed reading and traveling with her husband to Spain, Italy, France and Mexico, among other destinations.…
