BRIAN CORWIN, Plaintiff vs. VELMA L. GALLOWAY, ELLEN M. STANLEY, WILLIAM R. Pursuant to the Rule 4 (e)(1) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, you are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint – in the above titled matter – who seeks to quiet title in Real Property located in BROOKE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, [Legal Description Below]. Plaintiff is demanding a deed be executed in his name with all other adverse interest being extinguished. In case of your failure to answer/respond, judgment will be rendered against you according to Plaintiff’s demand. Since your whereabouts are unknown and the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you, a copy of this LEGAL NOTICE shall be published in the newspaper once per week for three successive weeks.
