EFFIE MOUSADIS, 78, of Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 6, 1945, Effie was one of three children born to William and Mary (Kannas) Bouloubasis. She was a beacon of love, patience and generosity, always putting others before herself.
