PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Follansbee is seeking applications for the position of City Manager. The City is seeking the following qualifications: demonstrated experience in human resources, financial operations and writing skills. A four-year college business administration degree or city manager experience is preferred. The City Manager will be expected to be permanently located within Follansbee’s five wards in the first month of employment.

The Mayor will nominate the nominee to City Council and the nominee will be voted on by City Council in early June 2024. The City Manager’s first day of employment is expected to be July 1, 2024. Compensation will be based upon qualifications and experience.
