CAROL ANN (CANISTRARO) GOFF, 75, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at her stepdaughter’s home in Monaca, PA. She was born on November 28, 1948, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Carl and Mary (DeFelice) Canistraro. In addition to her parents Carol is preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles R.
